Try before you pay
The main control set, live preview, and one unwatermarked 300 DPI PNG up to 100 mm wide are free. Please use that export and the calibration sheet to confirm the processing style works for your artwork before purchasing Studio Export.
When we refund
If payment succeeds but unlimited 300 DPI export does not unlock, or a paid export is technically unusable due to a StencilPress fault, contact us within 14 days. We will first try to restore access and will refund the purchase if we cannot.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where a cooling-off right applies, we honour it unless you validly requested immediate digital supply and that right ended when access was supplied. The checkout acknowledgment records that request.
What is not a technical fault
A change of mind, unsuitable source artwork, an artist's design decision, printer calibration, print-dialog scaling, thermal paper, transfer quality, or tattoo outcome is not a product fault. Your local consumer rights still apply.
Request help
Email hello@realb.it with the email used at checkout, the approximate purchase time, and a description of the problem. Do not attach confidential client artwork unless you choose to share it.
