Who controls purchase data
StencilPress is operated by realb.it, 103–105 O'Riordan Street, Mascot NSW 2020, Australia. realb.it is the controller of the limited purchase, support, and operational information described below.
Artwork processing
Artwork selected in StencilPress is processed locally by your web browser. We do not upload, store, or inspect the original image or the generated stencil. Closing the tab clears the working image from the page.
Payment
When you purchase Studio Export, checkout is handled by Stripe. StencilPress receives a checkout reference and payment status, but does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
Browser storage
We store a small entitlement reference in your browser so full-resolution export remains unlocked on that device. It does not contain your artwork. You can remove it by clearing site data, though you will then need to email us from the address used at checkout to restore access.
Why and how long we keep information
We process checkout and support information to perform the purchase contract, meet tax and accounting duties, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable. Payment records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and defend legitimate claims. Hosting security logs follow the provider's operational retention schedule.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, object to certain processing, or complain to your local privacy regulator. Email us from the address used at checkout so we can verify the request. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Operational information
Our hosting and payment providers may record ordinary technical information such as request time, IP address, browser type, and error logs for security and reliability. We do not sell personal data.
